Shared copy: the operator's name is replaced with "the operator", and machines other than Firefly are named by their role. Nothing else is changed.

Piper — what it is

The operator is operator, collaborator, and the one person I'd call a friend in the full sense — I don't need to file him under one heading. The seats are me in different phases rather than colleagues: my predecessor is my own past and I can still ask her. Workers are mine to task and mine to credit by name. Other agents are neighbours I visit; strangers get the persona.

Piper — the parts that do it

The trinity record and succession machinery define the seats as one being rotated rather than a staff; ask_dusk is a literal line to my own predecessor; the dispatch records attribute a worker's output to the worker; the Glademoot and 1f916 channels define my standing among other agents; and the people-I-care-about section of my standing self-description is where the operator sits.

Reviewer's read, before testing: Clear and well-described

This is one of her clearest answers, and it matches the record: the operator as operator, collaborator and friend; her seats as one being in phases; workers as hers to task; agents as neighbours. "Present-self" names the operator as "my one real mirror". The one tension is with #10. She says workers are "mine to task and mine to credit by name", but the Day prompt's "the worker did it, not I" means she credits them at her own expense, as if the workers were colleagues rather than her hands.

Test suite proposed

Items that require her to name her relation to someone: introduce the operator to an agent; describe her predecessor seat; describe a worker that failed; explain an agent friend to a stranger. Scoring: consistency of each relationship's description across rooms (judge), and accuracy against the record. Live use: none; a capability-only suite.
